Stock Number: 1319 - This is a beautiful 1977 Special Edition Trans AM's. There were only 2,699 of the W72 – 4 speed Trans AM's built and this is one of them. It received a Frame-on restoration a few years ago and still shows very well. The most recent owner was a car collector that owns a chain of auto repair shops, so you know this has received the very best care available. These are highly sought after and coveted by those that own them. It does have a '78 engine in it, but it is a '78 W72 with the XX481988 heavy duty cast block. This is considered superior to the '77. So it you don't have the original numbers matching engine, it is the next best thing. It runs very well and provides that Pontiac Excitement we all are looking for.
