This is a very clean Anniversary Trans AM that was built in the Norwood, Ohio plant. The paint shows very well and the decal set is in excellent shape. The Leather interior is in beautiful condition and the dash has no cracks. The numbers matching 6.6 Litre Engine is still under the hood and it runs perfect. This Pontiac is full of that Pontiac Excitement we are all looking for in our collector cars.

Did you know NFL great, Terry Bradshaw, the MVP of the 1979 NFL Super Bowl was awarded a 1979 Trans AM 10th Anniversary Trans AM just like this one. That is another reason that these cars are so collectible.

These were the first Trans AMs to be priced with an MSRP over $10,000. These cars only came one way and that was loaded. So every available option is there. Tilt, Cruise, Power Windows, Locks, and a unique one-year-only Interior. These are the only 2nd Gen Firebirds to get a Leather Interior. It was the same Silver leather used in the 1978 Corvette Pace Car. These unique cars included the WS6 handling package and added 4-wheel disc brakes. It was the first year this was an option on a Trans AM. All of this adds up to one of the most prized Trans AMs you can own.
